From June 13 to July 19, 2026, the Goethe-Institut Tokyo presents “Reset. Düsseldorf Fotografien nach Thomas Ruff” to inaugurate its new gallery spaces. Bringing together artists who emerged from Thomas Ruff’s influential class at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, the exhibition includes works by Juergen Staack, whose practice explores the intersections of image, language, and communication in the digital age. The opening event will take place on June 12, 2026, at 7 pm at the Goethe-Institut Tokyo.
